Purpose of Data Processing

Data Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for a maximum period of 3 years from your last contact with MRTN STUDIO. After this period, your data is permanently deleted.

Data Recipients

Your personal data is used by MRTN STUDIO alone. It is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Its delivery and hosting involve a small number of technical providers acting on our instructions, listed in the following section. If you have accepted advertising cookies, Google also receives the measurement data relating to our ads.

Processors and Transfers Outside the European Union

We deliberately rely on a very small number of technical providers, each bound by contract and acting solely on our instructions:

• Vercel Inc. (United States): website hosting and cookieless audience measurement.
• Resend (Resend, Inc., United States): delivery of messages sent through the contact form.
• Google Ireland Limited (Ireland): advertising conversion measurement, only if you have accepted the corresponding cookies.

Some of these providers are established in the United States, or transfer data there. Such transfers are governed either by the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission, or by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Google LLC is certified. No other recipient has access to your data.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act and the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Cookies

This website runs without cookies by default. Our audience-measurement tool sets none and uses no persistent identifier: it can neither recognise you from one visit to the next, nor follow you across other websites, and therefore falls under the consent exemption granted by the CNIL. Only one mechanism requires your agreement: Google Ads advertising cookies, the main one being named _gcl_aw. They serve only to record whether a visit coming from one of our ads led to a quote request or a phone call. Their default retention period is 90 days. Until you accept, no Google script is loaded and no data is sent to Google. If you decline, the site works in exactly the same way. You can change your mind at any time, using the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of every page.
