Two outcomes are possible, and we tell you which one applies: either the site is healthy and maintenance makes sense, or its technical foundation is at the end of its life and you are better off investing in a website redesign than paying every month to postpone it. We would rather turn down a maintenance contract than bill you for keeping alive a site that can no longer progress.

An amount that depends on the site
There is no flat rate, because a five-page brochure site and a site with a back office and a database are not the same amount of work. The brochure site is the cheaper of the two. The figure is set in the quote, free of charge, before you commit to anything.
Cancel whenever you want
The subscription runs for as long as we host your site, and it stops when you decide, with no minimum term and no penalty. The code and the domain name have been yours since delivery: if you leave, your site leaves with you.

It depends on the site: a few-page brochure site is less work than a site with a back office, a database and a client area, so it costs less. The exact figure is set in the quote, free of charge and line by line, before you decide anything.
Can you maintain a site you did not build?+
We start by looking at it, and we tell you honestly where it stands. Some sites are healthy and maintain very well. Others sit on a technical foundation at the end of its life, and paying a monthly fee then only postpones a redesign that has become unavoidable. In that case we say so instead of taking the subscription.
Is my contact form actually working?+
That is the question worth asking, and it needs a test rather than a hunch. A form can show a perfect confirmation message and send no email at all. Try it from an address outside your company, and check the junk folder of the receiving mailbox too. If you are not sure, send us your website address and we will test it.
My site is slow: maintenance or redesign?+
Both cases exist. Oversized images, undersized hosting or an accumulation of third-party scripts are fixed through maintenance. A site that is slow because of its architecture, on the other hand, cannot be optimised, it has to be rebuilt.
